ENGRAVING SERVICE DISCLAIMER Acceptance of Terms: By requesting engraving services from Med City FFL, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer. No Guarantees: While every effort will be made to produce a high-quality engraving on your firearm, due to the varying nature and conditions of firearms and their materials, Med City FFL cannot guarantee specific results. Potential Risks: Engraving involves the removal of material from the firearm, which may alter its appearance or finish. There is risk of scratches, blemishes, or unintended marks during the engraving process. By proceeding with the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks. No Liability:Med City FFL shall not be held liable for any damage, defects, or dissatisfaction resulting from the engraving process. The customer assumes all risks associated with engraving their firearm. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Med City FFL and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the engraving service provided. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and clear instructions for engraving. Med City FFL is not responsible for errors or undesired results due to unclear or inaccurate instructions from the customer. Modification or Cancellation:Med City FFL reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any engraving request that is deemed potentially harmful to the firearm, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. By proceeding with the engraving service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

No show - No Refunds. Give us a few hours (Minimum) if you need to cancel? REFUND!
