To initiate an incoming transfer; please email your information to info@MedCityFFL.com, or contact Med City FFL with the following information:
Your name and contact information
The make and model of the firearm
An order number if relevant
The name of the dealer or individual who will be shipping the firearm
The senders email address and phone number.

All transfers should be picked up within 30 days. If a transfer is not picked up within 30 days from which the transfer was received, there will be an additional charge of $5/day for each additional day that the transfer is not picked up. TRANSFER TO MED CITY FFL
30-Day Pickup Requirement
All transferred firearms must be picked up within 30 days of the Date of Receipt.
If a firearm is not picked up within 30 days, a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per firearm will be assessed beginning on Day 31. Storage fees accrue daily and must be paid in full prior to release of the firearm.
60-Day Abandonment
If a firearm is not picked up within 60 days of the Date of Receipt, and reasonable attempts to contact the transferee have been made, the firearm will be deemed ABANDONED PROPERTY.
At that time:

Ownership rights of the transferee are forfeited.

The firearm will become the lawful property of Med City FFL.

Med City FFL reserves the right to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the firearm in accordance with federal, state, and local law.

Any storage fees and administrative costs will be retained and applied accordingly.
No refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided for abandoned firearms.
Denied or Delayed Background Checks
If a transferee is denied or fails to complete the transfer process:

The transferee is responsible for arranging return shipment to the original seller at their expense.

Storage fees apply beginning 10 days after notification of denial or delay if no return arrangements are made.

If no arrangements are made within 60 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with this policy.
Liability & Storage
Med City FFL maintains secure storage and insurance for firearms in its possession. Extended storage increases liability and administrative burden. This policy exists to ensure timely transfers and to prevent indefinite storage of regulated firearms.
Acceptance of Policy
By shipping or having a firearm shipped to Med City FFL for transfer, the transferee acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
